CHUCK CLOSE AND TWENTY FOUR

Hey Asha,

Turning twenty-four kind of kicked me in the ass—hard. So I decided to write a list of all the things I want to do, eat and experience before the dreaded twenty-five strikes—the age I should officially have my shit together by (if not twenty-six will do). 

The day after I turned twenty-four, I grabbed coffee (double shot) and headed to the Museum of Contemporary Art to see an exhibition—the Chuck Close Exhibition. Something I've been meaning to go see for awhile now.

And man-oh-man, was it amazing. His art is so incredible but the idea and process behind it was way better. Here are some of my favourite pictures from that day.

PASSENGER SIDE OF HIS BESTFRIEND'S RIDE

Hey Asha,

Another gig, this week. This time I saw the cutest English singer. No seriously, I am in love—with his music, his lyrics and his charming wit. Made me laugh all night with his stories and jokes. Someone I would definitely see again, even though this is my second time seeing him live in concert. You rule Passenger!
